Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a property viewing or any other service through SwiftBook, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this booking platform.
2. Services
SwiftBook offers the following real estate services: Property Viewing (€150), Home Valuation (€300), Buyer Consultation (€250), Investment Review (€500), and Full-Day Property Tour (€1,200). All services are provided by a licensed real estate professional and are subject to availability.
3. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed through Stripe. Your appointment date is reserved once payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. To request a cancellation, contact us using the email provided in your confirmation.
5. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice, the booking fee is non-refundable. A no-show does not entitle you to a rescheduled appointment without a new booking and payment.
6. Property Viewings
Property viewings are subject to property owner consent and availability. SwiftBook reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a viewing if the property becomes unavailable. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
7. Limitation of Liability
SwiftBook provides professional real estate guidance but does not guarantee property purchase outcomes. We are not liable for decisions made based on viewing advice. Our liability is limited to the booking fee paid.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
When you book a service, we collect your full name, email address, the requested service, preferred date, and any optional notes you provide. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to confirm bookings, send appointment reminders, communicate about your viewing, and improve our services. We never sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your booking data is stored securely on the Base44 platform. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is not accessible to SwiftBook beyond transaction confirmation.
4. Email Communications
You will receive a booking confirmation email and a reminder before your appointment. You may also receive follow-up emails requesting feedback or referrals. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
This platform uses essential cookies to maintain your session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
